News: Bavarian State Prize 2017 – Category Technology

Date: 27.03.2017

When riding Sky Roller, a flat ride by the company Gerstlauer Amusement Rides GmbH, Münsterhausen, the passenger controls his ride pleasure himself. There are wings on both sides of the seat which can be tilted up and down. Depending on one’s own adventurousness, exiting maneuvers in flight up to complete roll-overs are possible. Top priority is always the safety – after all it is “Made in Germany”!

The Bavarian State Prize is awarded for especially creative and technical performances in craft trades which are far beyond the average.

Franz Josef Pschierer, State Secretary in the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Media, Energy and Technology, presented the State Prizes 2017 at the official prize ceremony on Sunday March 12th at the trade-fair premises in Munich.

The Bavarian State Prize is awarded since 1952 by the Bavarian Ministry of Economics for especially creative and technical performances in craft trades which are far beyond the average.
